Getting pregnant is also a way out. Once you are pregnant you will not have to worry about getting your monthly period for 9 whole months. This step should however not be done irresponsibly. A baby has to be brought up in a healthy environment.

You can also take a birth control pill. This is one method that is medically recommended. There are some. People who have medical reasons for trying to delay their menstruation.

Menstrual manipulation involves taking birth controls not for the reason of not getting pregnant but for the sole purpose of controlling your menstrual cycle. When a woman uses oral contraceptives, she will get her period after she stops taking the pills. This way, she is able to control the flow.
